Vital Records

The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare created the Bureau of Vital Records and Health Statistics in order to keep track of a variety of relevant events. They keep records on everything from birth to death, marriage, divorce, stillbirths and so on. If you would like to access any records that are relevant to this department, such as your birth certificate because you need it to gain your driver's license, you have a variety of choices. You can order the documents you seek online, by going through the VitalCheck website. You can mail in your filled-out Certificate Request Form, along with a photocopy of your ID and a check or money order for the fee. And finally, you can order these records by fax.
