Idaho Bill of Sale

If the final sales price has not been entered into the actual title of the car, the state of Idaho requires you to have a bill of sale as proof of the transaction. It is the responsibility of the seller to fill out this document with the appropriate information, which includes the names, addresses and signatures of both of the parties involved. The bill of sale must also include the final price that was agreed on by both the buyer and the seller to avoid any confusion. Even if the car title features the final sales price, you are free to also have the bill of sale as an additional piece of evidence of the sale.
